Working as a Customer Service Team Member you will be responsible for:
Providing a world class level of service
Taking bets and processing through our touch screen till system (Training is provided)
Processing cash and card payments
Acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries

The successful Customer Service Team Member will have the following - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Strong Guest Experience skill

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Enthusiasm for learning new skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Numerical skills (required for taking cash and card payments)

As a requirement of the role, you will receive full training on our bespoke touch screen tills, you will always work in a supervised environment. No prior experience in betting is necessary.

Our rates of pay (The below rates are inclusive of holiday pay)
18+ £12.22 per hour

Shift availability
Our shifts vary You are in control of the hours you work via our staff app.
Race days are typically 10:00-17:00 or 15:00-21:00 on evening meetings.

There will be the opportunity to increase your working hours outside of race days within the hospitality team if you are interested in this too.

Interviews will be taking place on the 6th Sept, with Induction Training taking place on the 9th September.
