We’re looking for an Events Coordinator with relevant experience or qualifications in Events Planning or an Events coordinator role. You’ll be responsible for assisting two Awards Managers in the planning, development and execution of four ceremonies each year.The role will be based in their Bristol office and require ad-hoc travel. The majority of the black tie, high end events will take place in London, and you will also assist with their US conference taking place in 2023. This is the ideal opportunity for someonewho wants to develop their career in events management.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responding to general event enquiries and making referrals to other team members.
- Providing on-site support at shows including helping with the judging process.
- Being on hand to assist the events team with other event duties.
- Assisting the Events Managers in the general planning and execution of the events.

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- A qualification or completed course in Event Planning, Events Management is relevant but not essential or work experience in Events, Conference or Awards Ceremony roles.
- A good understanding of Excel processes.
- Comfortable working within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Has a positive attitude to work.
