A national law firm are seeking an Events Executive to come into their team and support the firm's programme of marketing events and campaigns, reporting to the Events Manager and supporting the Campaigns Manager as needed.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the delivery of events at the firm's offices in Bristol and London and elsewhere as required.
  • Follow the firm's event management procedures, undertaking administrative tasks such as sourcing venues, and handling queries/bookings.
  • Oversee in person events including badge production, room set-up, meeting and greeting guests.
  • Support post event co-ordination of debriefing meetings, evaluation forms, invoicing, InterAction entries.
  • Support the planning and delivery on a range of external marketing activity including conference sponsorships, strategic partnerships, podcast or video series.
  • Support the implementation, tracking and ROI measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Copy write for events and campaign-related activity such as newsletters, website, invitations and social media posts.
  • Update campaign and events activity reporting trackers and provide data analysis when required.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within a marketing or events role.
  • Experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
  • Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
