Event Sales Executive
Sector: Events - Exhibitions
Our client, a fast-growing events company, is seeking a proven, confident and driven Event Sales Executive to join their team in Bristol.
Tasked with driving new business acquisition, the Event Sales Executive's responsibilities will include :
~ Provided with a list of target accounts, the Event Sales Executive will employ their proven self-generation techniques to indemnify and engage with relevant stakeholders.
~ Drawing on previous experience selling event stand space or sponsorship, the Event Sales Executive will sell both exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities to financial services software companies.
~ Encompassing a consultative sales approach, the Event Sales Executive will build relationships with senior decision-makers within marketing departments, such as CMOs and Marketing Directors.
~ Taking charge of the whole new business sales cycle, The Event Sales Executive will prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities.
~ The Event Sales Executive will draw on their previous experience within events to exceed new business targets and enjoy uncapped-on-target earrings.
The Company: The Event Sales Executive will join a fast-growing company who are making waves within the event space. Working on an event which is well known for its unique style and out-of-the-box format, the Event Sales Executive will take ownership of the whole event sales cycle. With hands-on training and ongoing coaching from the hiring manager, the Event Sales Executive will benefit from continuous investment into their sales career. Following consistent success, the Event Sales Executive can expect to progress into a Senior Business Development position.

To be a Senior Business Development Manager in this exciting, leading, and fast-growing company, you must have:
~2+ years of business-to-business event sales experience.
~ Experience in the events industry is a must.
~ Experience within the financial services industry is desirable.
Please note - this role requires events sales experience.
