To help us achieve this mission we need a **Community Engagement Coordinator**_ _to take us on this journey. You will initially be joining us on a fixed term contract running until March 2025.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in the efficient management of the company's community engagement within the BDUK's Gigabit Voucher programme. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing of vouchers, managing the end-to-end progression of each voucher request from initial submission to final claim and supporting community engagement activities. The Community Engagement Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing issues, resolving queries, and providing support to maximise funding return while maintaining accurate data integrity in the systems.
- The Community Engagement Coordinator is a field-based role, ideally in the Yorkshire area but not essential; it will occasionally require travel to and from the Yorkshire region._

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide administrative support / co-ordination for Community Engagement events and projects, to increase brand awareness, engagement and expressions of interest.
- Assist with in-region letter drops, where appropriate.
- Provide additional support to Community Engagement Officers, as required.
- Assist in the complete lifecycle of vouchers, from initial request submission to final claim processing, ensuring timely and accurate progress at every stage.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, Sales, Customer Care, and Installations teams, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing support related to the BDUK Voucher scheme.
- Maintain and update systems data to ensure accurate status reporting of vouchers throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Business Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholders to implement recommended process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and external partners to foster trust and confidence in the company's handling of the BDUK Voucher scheme.
- Assist the Head of Strategic Partnerships with any ad-hoc projects and other activities as required.
