**We Staff** are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator to work within our very prestigious, but unique client dealing in technology warehousing based in Minworth B35.

**Job summary**

Reporting to the TCT desk Manager the main function of the role is to Work with customers, suppliers and all Pudo site teams with Internal/Cross divisional managers and service supply management to ensure service integrity across all business and customers. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to manage the internal/external supplier relationships along with some customer IT platform system Control along with other WHS to maintain product data, reports, rectify all complaints through the complaint management process, review and analyse the results of operational/customer reporting and site audits, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary while supporting the internal and field base management and there teams in WHS and parts management for all customers/suppliers in hitting and maintaining all service levels and parts integrity along with providing a high standard of customer services desk duties.

**TCT Administrator - Main Duties and Responsibility’s**

Reporting to the TCT Desk Manager, the role will require the following activity
- Supervise the daily/weekly/monthly supplier checks at the UK & Ireland Pudo sites, audit the service providers process and results
- Conduct root cause analysis of any service/supplier discrepancies and work with the Pudo site Manager supported by the Pudo Regional Logistics Manager and any external partners to put lasting solutions in place
- Monitor lost, damaged, and faulty parts in line with the business KPIs, submitting detailed investigation report to the account and TCT desk manager where necessary for sign off or escalation.
- Run daily checks of all Trace feeds and correct any failed messages to make sure Trace and any other WHS matches the customer part system
- Investigate short delivery disputes for and by customers/Suppliers
- Process customer non-conformance, complaints and pass on to the account and TCT desk Managers where necessary
- Maintain the performance and customer reports and distribute to the account, TCT desk Manager along with the Pudo Regional Logistics Manager.
- Present KPI reports on our customers and Pudo performance
- Support with weekly/monthly Logistics Pudo invoice checking and processing on the system
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders/departments to ensure efficient working processes
- Create positive working relationships with divisions & suppliers with issues in line with full-service control management fulfilment.
- To ensure customer escalation(s) are responded or dealt with in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external transport suppliers to ensure goods are collected on time to enable efficient delivery.
- Assist Debrief Process and ensure TRACE is updated (In house I.T Platform).
- Exception reporting i.e. Liaise with service partner(s) and customer(s) to ensure Service Performance is achieved.
- Maintain key management process from receipt to return
- Maintain Scan plaque ordering and recording process.
- Maintain record(s) of any Sameday movements booked or requested via the In house I.T Platform.
- Ensure all Service Partner handovers are received and submitted on a daily basis.
- To cover the workload of colleagues within the department during periods of absence or peak workloads
- Support any customer implementations when the requirement should arise.
