**Job summary**

The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in our logistics company by managing payroll submissions and queries, maintaining warehousing reporting, and addressing ad-hoc queries. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations within our warehouse department.

**Main Duties and Responsibility’s**

1. Payroll Submission and Queries:

- Gather and verify employee time and attendance data.
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports on time.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

2. Warehousing Reporting:

- Generate regular warehousing reports, including inventory levels, order fulfilment, and efficiency metrics.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.

3. Ad-Hoc Queries:

- Respond to ad-hoc queries from warehouse staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Research and provide relevant information and data in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil data requests.

4. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain organized records of warehouse-related documentation.
- Assist in record-keeping for inventory, shipments, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with record retention policies.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to address operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and external parties.
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse operations.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

7. Compliance and Reporting:

- Stay informed about relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports for compliance audits and support audits as needed.

8. Technology Proficiency:

- Utilize software and tools for payroll processing and reporting (e.g., payroll software, spreadsheet software).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

9. Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

**Key Relationships**

Close working relationships within customer services, Supervisors, Managers, Account managers and Senior management teams, and all other staff across other relevant departments within TVS/Rico Logistics Ltd as a whole.
