**Monday to Friday - 8.30am-5pm**

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Material Planner for a well-established manufacturing company near Birmingham.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and procure inventory in line with forecasts
- Receive and process forecasts and liaise with purchasing team
- Order processing and issue weekly order updates
- Resolve gaps in supply
- Creating KPIs
- Stock management and analyse actual vs forecast
- Quoting/requesting prices for spot items
- Produce and maintain a database for parts and pricing
- Maintain stock levels
- Monitor incoming stock

**Person Specification**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in customer facing role
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- IT literate able to use windows and other computer packages
