We have a unique opportunity for a Responsible Individual to join our new home in Bradford. In this part-time role (one day a week), you'll play a pivotal role in launching a brand new children's home.

£5000 welcome bonus once you have passed the ofsted interview stage.

**What you'll do**:

- **Support the Director**: Work closely with the director to open a new children's home, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
- **Build the Dream Team**: Assist with recruiting a dedicated staff team to provide exceptional care for young people.
- **Safeguard Our Residents**: Lead on safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our homes.
- **Become a Founding Leader**: Help develop and open new homes, shaping the future of our organization.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Has experience as a Responsible Individual (preferred).
- Has experience as a children's home registered manager.
- Holds an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
- Possesses a valid driving license.
- Is passionate about creating a positive environment for children in care.
