Do you have a passion for delivering 5-star customer service? Our client is looking for a residential services associates ideally with property management experience to join their friendly team based in Birmingham City Centre This is a permanent full-time role working on a 3-week rotating shift pattern.

You will be a pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that the building is maintained and managed and residents receive an excellent service.

Within this role you will deal with a variety of tasks, including assisting in the smooth running of the letting process from acceptance to move-in. You will carry out a wide range of services such as meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, lettings and viewings, delivery of high-quality services including front and back house functions, managing and coordinating resident bookings of amenity space and cleaning, liaising with and booking contractors.

To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable working under pressure and prioritising your workload accordingly. Strong communication and customer service skills are key along with excellent IT skills. You will need to be calm and happy to work in a busy environment where things can change at the drop of a hat.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
