KM4HR are recruiting for an HR Business Partner operations lead to work for a leading Professional Services firm based in the South West region.

The HR Business Partner Operations Lead will manage the regional HR Operations team to ensure colleagues receive seamless experiences across their people journey.

Leading a team, the role will include all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment, on and off-boarding, employee relations, contract and vendor management, benefits, policies, toolkit creation and systems management.

You are expected to influence, challenge, and interpret business direction into tactical plans, with a resilient but natural style that brings the business and teams with you.

The role is challenging and fast-paced, working across multiple disciplines and with multiple partners.

Here are some of the responsibilities;
- Responsible for all aspects of HR Operations in the region in relation to the employee life cycle.
- Lead the HR Operations team and guide them on how to best organise and manage the people queries and them being the first point of contact.
- Closely aligned for HR Shared service centre for ongoing HR activity and transition of other activities.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on people-related matters including policies and procedures, and employee relations activity.
- Manage, review and optimise people processes across the region in line with business processes, ensuring they’re seamless and compliant with country legislation controls.
- Partner with the outsourced Payroll team to ensure payroll deadlines are met and payroll is signed off per location monthly.
- Drive a culture of self-service by creating toolkits for key local processes, and training the business and people managers.
- Ownership of regional People data and ensure data integrity by cleansing and regularly auditing data in their systems

Your background;
- Prior HR Operations experience, preferably in a shared service capacity working across multiple geographies, and in a culturally diverse environment.
- Energy and professionalism that builds credible and lasting business relationships at all levels of management.
- Experience of people management to include, including coaching development and performance management of others.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience of managing changes arising from significant organisational and cultural changes.
