**Job Description**:
**What You'll Be Doing As A Regional Sales Administrator / Order Processor**:
The main goal of this role is to provide back office administrative support to the national Sales team, by supporting the Sales Executives, Operations Managers and Sales Managers with the life cycle of a new sales order.
- Communicate with and support the Sales team regarding installation projects and service calls
- Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available
- Clear cancelled jobs and database amendments
- Assist with the production of engineer routine maintenance lists / logs and report on progress
- Assist the Operations Manager with installation planning and management of work in hand
- Obtain all required customer information and pass to the relevant department
- Assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns

**Working Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 hrs | Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Qualifications**:
**To Be Successful In This Role You Will**:

- Have experience of working within a dedicated administration support role
- Will have a high level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment
- Are proactive and able to prioritise workloads well
- Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Must be able to work as part of a team
