My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Blackburn is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

**Responsibilities**:

- First to take incoming calls across 3 brands.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and activities.
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
