About the role
We're looking for an organised customer service Sales Administrator for an office based role at our Blackburn head office.
Hours
Full time, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Working in our busy, fast-moving office sales administration department, you'll be responsible for making sure our stock records are accurate and up to date.
Reporting to the md, you will also ensure that sales invoices are invoiced efficiently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Answering phone calls taking messages.
Dealing with any queries or issues problem solving making sure the customer journey is smooth and satisfied so we retain customers in the future,
For this role, you will need a high level of organisation and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well with others.
Working as a small team we will have the opportunity to work with different departments and have the chanced to be exposed to how the overall business works.
Must have the ability to work as a team and use own initiative.
**Day-to-day duties**
- Updating records on spreadsheets making sure stock records are accurate and up to date.
- A good understanding of ms packages good at using excel and spreadsheets.
- Updating website orders and passing through to pick to the relevant departments.
- Updating staff records and other ad hock duties
- Ensuring paperwork recorded and processed when we receive goods or dispatched.
- Making sales calls to our existing customer base managing accounts and processing orders.
- Have a can-do attitude to work to achieve targets
- Gaining an understanding of manufacturer and ordering systems to have a positive impact on the overall business.
- Working with production team to proof read work and contact suppliers for outstanding materials or delivery of specific products.
- Manage your own workload be able to use your own initiative.

- Ability to stay calm and work accurately, even under pressure.
- Team player who can also work to deadlines.
- Bring own ideas how to improve the current process and better the overall experience.
knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
