**Internal Sales Administrator - Construction**
Blackburn
£25,000 per annum + annual bonus
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on their product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to order completion, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service and advice to customers.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
