We are looking for someone to really come and make their mark on the business, to help build out and grow the department over the next few years.

You will be passionate, motivated, and creative in your daily role and analytical and astute in your planning.

Rela8 Group has a unique approach to the events world truly putting our people (clients and team members) at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for individuals who can build and maintain fantastic business relationships with senior business leaders worldwide. You will be recruiting and working with the attendees (C-Suite / VP / Director level) for events within Technology to certify that they are relevant and informative depending on the topic and industry.

You will be working fully from home with requirements to travel to team meet ups every 6 weeks as well as onsite to events around the world.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in Delegate Acquisition for Events
- Be able to evidence consistently hitting/exceeding targets
- Be able to work either fully remote or part of a hybrid model
- IT Literate with knowledge of G-Suite or similar platforms
- A positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude
- Proven pro-active target-driven telesales experience
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once
- An outstanding communicator at all levels
- Experience in using a CRM system (Ideally Salesforce)
- Have the ability to build a rapport with potential and existing clients

Base salary £22,000 - £25,000 DOE with a very realistic 1st year OTE of £40k+

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
