We have a fantastic role available for a Finance Assistant with our public sector client based in Edinburgh. This 12 month fixed term contract offers 37 hours per week, hybrid working and a salary of £23,188 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Payment Plans: Implement payment plans for credit customer accounts that may fall overdue. Working with our customers to maintain good relationships- Statements and Dunning's Notices: Assist with the distribution of statements and dunning's notices to Credit Account Customers- Income Streams: Assist with the receipting and allocation of multiple income streams- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks as requiredKey Skills:

- Customer Service: You will be dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis, providing consistently accurate advice to customers- Time Management: The ability to manage your time and workload effectively in order to meet deadlines is essential- Discretion and Professionalism: You should demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times, as well as understanding the importance of confidentiality- Accounts Receivable/Debt Management: Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Debt Management would be advantageous
