Private Client Administrator - Manchester - Hybrid Working - 2 days from home, 3 days in the office

Our client is one of the country’s leading independent financial advisers, some clients have been with them for decades.
They offer high-calibre financial advice and span a wide range of services including pensions, estate planning, care funding and wealth management, employee benefits and workplace financial education,with offices across the country and more than two hundredprofessional advisers.
Part of an international financial services group, with influence, resources, preferential terms, and exclusive arrangements other independent financial advisers cannot offer.
Client Service Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service to both clients & IFAs.
Principle Tasks: Pre-Sale (Servicing) Dealing with ad hoc queries from Advisers/Clients/Providers (Pre & Post Sale)
Tasks to be recorded and maintained via back-office systems Maintenance of client files Postal activity (incoming/outgoing) Processing Letters of Authority Valuations Liaise with 3rd Party Providers & Paraplanners Preparing Client Meeting Packs Gather quotes/ illustrations / Fact Sheets / Order Projections Booking Client Review Appointments & Managing IFA’s diary
Print & Bind Client Suitability Reports
Process Client Withdrawals
**Post-Sale (Processing)**
**Communication**: To develop and maintain good working relationships with all client support administrators, Private Client Advisers and Management Team in order to provide an efficient and effective service to the Adviser and clients Knowledge,Skills and Experience:
