**Bibby Financial Services** have an exciting opportunity available for a thorough **Administrative Assistant???????**to join our team. This role can be based across any of our UK locations (hybrid working). You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£22,000 - £25,000 per annum**,**plus benefits.**

As our **Administrative Assistant???????**,you'll be working alongside other members of the Bad Debt Protection and Debtor Risk Team to support the business in achieving its targets.

**Your responsibilities as our Administrative Assistant??????? will include**:

- Actioning and communicating any withdrawn cover limits ensuring offices and clients are advised within agreed timescales
- Liaising with office contacts to review cover levels and release cover where no longer required to manage exposure levels
- Auditing accuracy of cover limits on a daily basis to minimise risk to BFS
- Completing and collating all policy compliance reporting for our service providers and operating companies including Overdue Debt Reporting, Notifiable Events, Over-trading and Over-funding
- Inputting key information into dashboards to allow analysis to support managing risk
- Providing a high level of service to all BFS colleagues and our clients whilst minimising risk
- Establishing and maintaining professional and expert relationships with all operating companies

**What we are looking for in our ideal Administrative Assistant???????**:

- Invoice finance experience (essential)
- Experience in a high volume administration function
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Strong IT skills - in particular, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organisation skills
- Customer service experience
