Accounts Receivable/credit Controller

Hours: 3 hours per day - preferable AM but flexible
A remote working role, with one day per week in our Hove space.
Rate: £15 p/h
Role includes:
- Reconcile GoCardless income on Xero and post charges
- Reconcile Stripe income on Xero and post charges
- Reconcile BACS income to member invoices and mark as paid on Nexudus
- Provide a weekly debtors report to the Finance Manager for review
- Issue invoices for late payment charges on Nexudus
- Credit Control - monitor & update ‘Chaser’ and correspond with members
- Forward member queries onto relevant Community Managers
- Input expected payment dates onto Chaser
- Agree payment plans with members and update Chaser accordingly and ensure these are adhered to.
- Transfer agreed old debts onto Collections
- Agent income - reconcile with individual agents accounts
- Prepare monthly Recharge invoices on Nexudus
- Member account reconciliations
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
