Job Summary:
We are a small accountancy practise seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.

You will be working on a number of cleints and will maintan your own protfolio. Experience in the practise environmnet useful

**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
