About the Role:
The Workplace Experience (WE) Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, while cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients, and creating a customised experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note this role will require full-time on-site presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional client service delivery that is timely, accurate, and seamless, while demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
- Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
- Contributing to the day-to-day oversight of contractors including staffing/resource allocation and distribution of work, presenting new hire orientations to all personnel, and assisting with onboarding and training of new team members
- Assisting the WE Manager in leveraging and interpreting data to manage dynamic utilisation of office space and making recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating purchasing of supplies and furniture, and liaising with property management and building services

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Display effective communications skills and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to exhibit authenticity and a sense of connection
- Have the ability to prioritise, juggle multiple deadlines, and quickly find solutions

And have:

- Experience of working in hospitality or customer service management experience
- Hotel management experience or facility/office management experience, within a corporate environment, is preferred
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, regulations and/or qualifications (for example, COSHH) would be beneficial
