Estimating Co-coordinator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE**:
Prepare project costings and pricing within deadlines. Formulate accurate quotations based on the specifications provided, prepare supporting tender documents (such as Bills of Quantity), and liaise/co-ordinate with all internal departments as necessary.
Liaison with the Purchasing, Operations and Aftersales departments to obtain accurate pricing information.
Liaison with the Engineering department to obtain accurate product specifications.
Updating company Sage system (Contract Costing) and other relevant documents ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Providing cover for the Production Planning function when necessary.
Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Estimating & Planning Manager.
Personal training and development to meet the changing needs of the business.

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED WITHIN ROLE**:
- Experience within a customer focused, sales or technical environment
- Attainment of at least 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at level C or above, including English and Mathematics
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent numeracy and literacy
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flair for customer service
- Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive approach to work
