Paper Bag Company are part of the Rawlings Group: a leading packaging specialist working with a diverse range of clients in the food & drink, health & beauty, and candle glass sectors.

This is a varied and challenging role supporting the development of sales across all product ranges. The role will be office based.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal with incoming calls from suppliers and customers.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to understand their needs.
- Provide accurate estimates of costs/quotes and timelines for print projects.
- Liaise with production teams to ensure project feasibility, align pricing and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to optimise workflows.
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and address concerns promptly.
- Guarantee client satisfaction through exemplary service delivery and meeting expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and project details.
- Desk based market and competitor research.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience in a similar role as an Internal Sales / Estimator within the Print & Packaging Industry is essential, along with knowledge of litho and screen printing.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration and organisation skills, along with the ability to work well with a small team and under varying workloads and time pressures.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A self starter capable of acting and working under their own initiative.
- An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality and accurate work.
- A flexible approach to work activities and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Strong IT skills
- A positive attitude and a creative mind.
