**Job Description**:
The Head of P&C EMEA will partner closely with the leadership team locally, specifically the President of EMEA and the P&C team globally to design and implement the optimal People Strategy for an expanding market. The role holder will mobilize this into action and provide operational advice and support on all aspects of OFX’s approach to effective people management. This role acts as the first point of contact on all HR matters to leaders and employees within the UK and Europe offices.

**What you'll do**:

- Working closely with the President EMEA, help set the people strategy for the region to drive business performance leveraging the global organization;
- Provide sound consultancy, advice, coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle;
- Provide expertise on strategies, policies and guidelines for the region globally in partnership with the Chief People & Culture Officer;
- Create trusted partnerships with the management team to design and implement people solutions in line with the OFX Strategic Plan;
- Use employee insights and feedback to guide business strategies and actions that result in a high level of employee engagement and retention;
- Be a trusted advisor for people leaders on a range of HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, talent management and succession planning, retention and relevant compliance-related matters;
- Ensure business units adhere to policies, procedures and employment-related laws throughout the employment life cycle to mitigate legal liability
- Work with the Chief People and Culture Officer, Heads of People & Culture in other regions, and the broader People & Culture team to support OFX’s people programs and initiatives;
- Act as Line Manager for the P&C Consultant, based in Dublin
- Manage P&C projects and global initiatives including performance reviews, compensation reviews and succession planning;
- Liaise with employer and employee organizations, industry groups and peers to keep abreast of current HR issues and trends;
- Be the first point of contact for all office management-related matters
- Work in close collaboration with the Global Payroll Manager to deliver timely and accurate payroll for EMEA employees;
- Oversee, advise and facilitate the benefits offering in the relevant jurisdictions;
- Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of OFX at all times, including the promotion of OFX values
- Undertake such other duties as maybe required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of OFX

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or HR field or relevant experience
- Proven ability to balance HR legislative and operational requirements with an appropriate commercial approach with extensive HR operational experience;
- Preferably experienced and enjoys operating in a dynamic, global organization;
- Demonstrable track record of achievement in a generalist P&C Business Partner or senior P&C role, including significant experience of employee relations, recruitment and selection, organizational design, change management, reward, talent and performance management;
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and experience in writing, communicating and consulting on P&C policies and procedures;
- Experience of working with and influencing at all levels of the organisation on issues varying from strategic to operational;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Pragmatic and business-focused approach to business partnering;
- Demonstrates a collaborative style and have worked across a diverse range of business units and workforce.
