- Recording all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Working with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhering to all company policies and regulations.
- Supporting other customer service initiatives as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

- Experience within a call centre.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
