An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established SPA Administration Team, based at The Children’s Centre on the City Hospital campus.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Call Handler/Administrator to join our dynamic team.

We need an energetic and driven person who can support the team and liaise as appropriate with staff in community settings, to ensure performance targets and KPIs are met.

This role requires a motivated and innovative person who possesses excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills.

You will have the requisite skills to be aware of and able to manage barriers to communication over the telephone and have experience of office working and MS Office packages.

Excellent team working, organisational and communication skills are essential as well as a can-do approach and flexibility.

The role involves processing referrals, answering high volume telephone calls, administration of EHCP requests, ensuring maintenance of clinical records, inputting data and extracting reports from SystmOne, stock ordering and monitoring, training and coaching new and less experienced staff and contributing to the backfill of our Reception desk.

The service currently operates a Monday to Friday service through the hours of 8am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
