Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading financial services firms who provide solutions for the property industry. Due to increased growth, they are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Handler to join their growing team, based near Nottingham.

The working hours are on a shift basis Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm. There is also the requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to book appointments
- Ensuring diaries are fully booked and at maximum capacity
- Identifying and escalating priority issues and cases
- Updating clients and customers with instruction information
- Contacting customers directly with regards to surveys that have been instructed

**Skills & Experience**
- Good communication skills
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Proficient user of IT
- Ability to stick to schedule and manage diaries
