**Field Officer (Driving Essential)**
**Salary: £23,065 per annum + Company Car**
**Location: Rhyl (Must live in LL18 postcode)**
**Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 37 ½ hours per week (Day and Night Shifts)**

Our client, a global provider for many different business support services, are looking for passionate and confident individuals to help with a critical element of work relating to the Ministry of Justice.
As a Field Officer, you’ll be part of a friendly, welcoming team, who’ll support you to learn and develop, as together you help to make our country a safer place.
No previous experience is required in this role, but you must be able to build trusting relationships with people and be confident and resilient when dealing with a wide variety of different people.
You’ll receive three weeks of extensive training at the start and work with a training officer on the road until you’re comfortable with the role. And with support from your manager, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills and progress your career, whether that’s into a management role or within the wider business.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Checking and cleaning equipment on issue and collection, as well as quarantining any equipment needed for evidence
- Keeping paperwork up-to-date and following standard operational procedures
- Taking part in meetings with your team and line manager.
**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:
- Full driving license
- Ability to work on a shift rota basis (night shifts, day shifts and part-time hours available)
- Friendly, personable with the ability to put people at ease
- Resilience, patience and ability to adapt to different circumstances
- An interest in getting out and about and travelling around to visit people in their own homes.
