Application Support

As a well-established franchising business, we are looking for an Application Support Assistant, based at our Birmingham Head Office, to help deliver a telephone and remote support service for our software solution to a network of Franchise’s across the UK.

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate or experienced IT Professional to join a small team and make a big impact. As Application Support you will be supporting a varied base of customers across the UK.

This newly created role will involve providing first class support to businesses focussing on our CMS software solution. You will undertake multiple on-going support issues and customer upgrades as well as various project related work on occasions.

This role is part of our well-established IT department where you will be reporting directly to our Head of IT and working closely with our Software Implementation Specialist and Project Co-ordinator as well as other IT staff members.

To be considered for this post you should have experience in the following:

- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and online services.
- Microsoft Office and 365 services; Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Helpdesk and CRM experience
- Excellent Personal time keeping skills and the ability to work towards deadlines while in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Data entry and management

Desirable skills / experience:

- CMS experience.
- Financial System experience.
- Databases - SQL

You will need to be able to work from you own initiative as well as the ability to be able to manage your own schedule and workflow.

You should be a clear and logical thinker with a very high-quality approach to customer service. You will need to be proactive in your methodology and thrive on finding solutions to problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
