Export & Logistics Coordinator required to join our client in Inverurie on a permanent staff basis. In your role, you’ll plan and co-ordinate materials to and from locations as identified, including creating and uploading manifests, creating load lists and commercial invoices.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Managing all logistic movements in line with business requirements working closely with the relevant business functions.
- Coordinating with vendors on cargo delivery dates.
- Coordinating inter vendor movements as needed.
- Creating manifests and relevant paperwork as required from client for shipments.
- Liaising with freight forwards on international shipments.
- Customs clearance of incoming shipments.
- Compliance checking of import and export entries.
- Creating dangerous goods documentation.
- Inward processing relief tracking and paperwork.
- Export/import entry filing/archiving.
- Coordinating data for third party audits.
- Adhernig to internal compliance programme.
- Leading efforts for establishing and sustaining continuous process improvement.
- Working with Buyer to obtain acceptable rates with transportation companies, freight forwarders and crating companies.
- Invoice and delivery note uploads/checking/backups.
- Assisting the commercial function on bid requirements.

**Applicants to this role require**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Track record of experience with import and export compliance.
- Dangerous goods training for air/sea/road.
