As a Logistics Coordinator at Sureclean, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of personnel logistics, both domestically and internationally. You will take charge of day-to-day administrative tasks, exhibit enthusiasm, and embrace the opportunity to grow alongside our company. This role requires exceptional flexibility, as you will collaborate across departments, work closely with the Group Financial Controller, and gain proficiency in aspects of finance and invoicing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the HR department in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new personnel for confined space projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, payroll information, and benefits administration.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures relevant to the logistics team.

- Assisting projects in recruitment
- Any other areas of administrative support

**Key Person Attributes**
- Loves the magic of collaboration.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, administrative roles, or a related field is preferred but no essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, maintaining attention to detail.
- Coachable and open to acquiring knowledge of finance and invoicing procedures.
- Valid driver's license for potential travel requirements.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
