Dispatch Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations
- Assign routes and schedules to drivers
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient delivery of goods
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the dispatch process
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update relevant databases
- Analyse data and generate reports on dispatch performance

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in SI
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry purposes
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate dispatch data and identify areas for improvement

In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating the movement of goods, analyzing data to improve dispatch performance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the dispatch process. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other departments are essential for success in this position.

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
