**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Managing all logistic movements.
- Coordinating with vendors on cargo delivery dates.
- Creating manifests and relevant paperwork as required for shipments.
- Liaising with freight forwarders on international shipments.
- Creating dangerous goods documentation.
- Coordinating dates for third party audits.
- Adhering to internal compliance programme.
- Obtaining acceptable rates with transportation companies and freight forwarders.
- Assisting the commercial function on bid requirements.

**Applicants to this role require**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with import and export compliance.
- Dangerous goods training.
- Excellent communication skills.
