**The Role and Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our busy site in Malton. You will be working to the production schedule for the associated product group and will ensure that works orders related to sales orders are completed in a timely manner, and products are ready for collection. You will also train and mentor team members to approved build procedures when required.

**Other Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Maintain import and export documents to assist with Inward Processing Relief record maintenance.
- Facilitate the shipping of goods to our extensive customer base, both National and International.
- Oversee and coordinate the packing of goods in a safe manner to ensure goods arrive at their destination in good order.
- Prepare concise paperwork including Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice, Packing List plus other associated documents as required by the contract.
- Arrange transportation as instructed and agreed by our Sales Order system in liaison with customer requirements whilst abiding by requested Incoterms.
- Communicate with the customer when goods are ready to collect, also to inform customer services and other interested parties as per procedure.
- Follow all QHSE procedures relevant to your scope of work.
- Ensure products are compliant to ISO9001 and ISO14001 as well as the RMSpumptools Quality Management System through a structured and controlled approach to working practices.
- Ensure waste is recycled wherever possible
- Ensure that you and others around your work area perform your duties in a safe and controlled manner.
- Any other duties as required.
