MultiFreight Ltd are one of the UK’s leading software companies that specialise in developing cloud and on-premise software solutions for the freight and logistics industry. Our software empowers companies of all sizes around the world to digitalise and streamline their business processes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Application Consultant (Systems Integrator / Implementation Consultant) to join our expanding team.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in the freight industry or implementing other business software solutions. You will be a dynamic fast learner with a passion for helping our customers improve and streamline their business.
You will work closely with our customers to identify their business requirements and implement our software solutions for freight forwarding, customs declarations, warehouse management and more.

**Details**:

- Permanent / Full Time
- 7% Company Pension Contribution
- BUPA Health Care available
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Located in Ipswich, Suffolk - must be commutable
- Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5pm
- Occasional travel and overnight stays

**Required Experience: (Minimum 2 years experience in one or more of the following)**
- Experience in the freight forwarding, customs and shipping industry
- Experience in implementing / configuring business software solutions
- Experience in delivering projects within a set timeframe

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to help businesses improve through software solutions
- Knowledge of database software / technologies
- Well organised and driven
- Full driving license

Full training will be given on all aspects of the position and the applicant can expect the full support of the MultiFreight team to help them succeed in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
