Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with a longstanding client who are on the lookout for an experienced and determined **Sales Ledger Administrator**to join their team on a temporary basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all Income is recorded and allocated accurately in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all transactions are posted completely and accurately for all accounts and customer balances.
- Posting and reconciling all income received via bank accounts, online payments, direct debit collections and cash paid directly to the cashier's office and from other departments across the business.
- Work closely with the Credit Control team and provide assistance where required. Ensure that knowledge is shared and that cover is maintained in the absence of one or more of the other coordinators
- Ensure that any payment plan defaulters are contacted and passed to the Credit Control team to follow through with the debt collection process.
- Provide high levels of customer service to all the customers. Ensure that complaints are dealt with quickly in line with the complaints process policies.

Previous experience of using SAP is desirable
