**Responsibilities**:
Liaise with the production planner daily to ensure all orders are produced against the production plan in the agreed sequence and in line with order/delivery schedules.
Co-ordinate deliveries of products to customers daily.
Enter in daily orders & run Sales Order Reports for internal teams
Allocation of stock to orders
Invoicing customers after dispatch
Ensure all deliveries are on time
Create purchase orders on Sage in support of the supply chain & finance teams.
Setup dispatches and liaise with haulers
Provide holiday cover for the Lead customer service.
To assist with the administration of quarter end stock take as and when necessary.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Fulfil additional duties as deemed reasonable and necessary to meet the requirements of the business.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and the workload of the team.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
- Independent thinker, keen problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well with a team and under pressure with strict deadlines
- Highly competent in Excel
- Attention to detail is a must
- Experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
