**The Role - Finance Admin**
This is a permanent position, based at the Head office in Hereford focused on set up and servicing of Maintenance Contracts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Checking documents received and creating new maintenance contracts on Dynamics
- Reviewing new purchase orders received from customers to ensure contract value & compliance with T&C’s.
- Completing contract amendments/cancellations as required to ensure business practice is adhered to and processed within the system.
- Update invoice system with new purchase orders, prices and invoice periods to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Working with Flakt Maintenance/Regional Managers on the renewals of Maintenance Agreements
- Amending Dynamics with the new prices, hourly rates within the Service Agreements
- Complete Manual invoices and the auto invoicing for all maintenance billing.
- Run monthly Maintenance Contract reports for Directors/Regional Managers.
- Assist Credit Control with issues regarding non-payment of Maintenance Invoices.
- Liaise with colleagues in Site Services/Sales Engineers on any maintenance issues arising.
**Qualifications and Skillset**:
- Good general standard of secondary school attainment including minimum 5 GCSE Grade C to include English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages, plus other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Moby and Dynamics
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or call centre environment
- Previous experience of administrative, data entry and word processing is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style on the telephone
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy when completing spreadsheets and electronic databases
- Strong evidence of an ability to work well within and a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
