ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be to assist the Commercial Department.

RESPONSIBILIITIES
- Gaining approval from members of staff
- Coding the invoices
- Filing them in appropriate portal and files
- Liasing with the Accountants on processed payments (payable and receivable)
- Taking calls into the business
- General Calls & Accounts
- Routing them to the correct personnel
- Invoicing
- Machinery installations
- Spare parts
- Breakdowns
- Service Visits
- Chasing up payments of above
- Assisting the Commercial Assistant
- Maintaining the Soldo credit card portal (topping up & receipts)
- Using our ERP system (Simpro) to maintain good records for projects
- Raise PO’s when required
- Book hotels/flights/taxi/car hire for Autopack Staff and Suppliers
- Sending parcels and preparing delivery notes for parts and machinery - holiday cover only
- Providing holiday cover for Spare Parts and after Sales Assistant
- Liaising with suppliers and customers as and when required
- Supporting the company’s ISO quality system
- Exhibition duties as and when necessary Any other duties that the management deem necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,040.00-£28,080.00 per year
