**Working Hours**: 18.00pm - 06:00am,4 On 4 Off

Stonegate Farmers are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join the Warehouse Department based within their Head Office in Lacock, Wiltshire.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation through the movement of product to our Production Lines for Grading, whilst offering support to Shift Managers to ensure the smooth running of the shift.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To support the supervisor and team in the efficient loading, storage and stock rotation of all eggs within current employment, health & safety and food legislation, while adhering to customer specifications.
- To assist in the completion of all customer orders being unloaded.
- Count intake goods stock at the start or end of each shift.
- Capable of leading a team effectively, by demonstrating the ability to cope well under pressure and with multiple demands.
- Ensure correct procedures for unloading are followed at all times.
- At all times it is important that you comply with the company rules and always work safely.
- To ensure that food materials delivered are safe, legal and of the quality expected by the business and customer.
- To promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff
- To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying
- Only operate machinery that you have been trained to use.
- Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition
- You must play your part in the health and safety policy. You must be safety conscious in every task you perform and lookout for the safety of others working around yoi.
- Ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times.
- To comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Previous experience managing a team
- Proven experience working within a Warehouse environment
- Subsidised Transport Available from Swindon and Chippenham for this role

**Salary**: £14.80 per hour
