Stonegate Farmers are currently seeking a Dispatch Team Leader to join the Warehouse Department based within their Head Office in Lacock, Wiltshire.

As a Dispatch Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Dispatch Team in the completion of customer orders, whilst offering support to Shift Managers to ensure the smooth running of the shift.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To assist the shift manager & Dispatch Teams in the completion of all customer orders set out in the daily plan.
- Ensure correct procedures for picking and loading are followed, help with any picking and loading of orders when required.
- To ensure finished goods are correctly stacked and stored in warehouse to prevent any quality issues or food safety issues. (i.e. broken pallets, damages). Also carrying out basic check to validate that equipment is running correctly
- Count finished goods stock at the start or end of each shift.
- Have a shared responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the BRC global Standard for Food.
- Capable of leading a team effectively, by demonstrating the ability to cope well under pressure and with multiple demands.
- To ensure that food materials despatched are safe, legal and of the quality expected by the business and customer.
- To promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff
- To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying.
- Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition
- Ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Previous experience managing a team
- Proven experience working within a Warehouse environment
- Subsidised Transport Available from Swindon and Chippenham for this role

Expected hours: 40.25 per week
