**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. This position requires not only a keen focus on driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service but also the ability to handle administrative tasks to streamline operations.

- **MUST** be a **Romanian** speaker and **English** fluent speaking with excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation and Marketing**:

- Converting incoming leads into sales for our courses and increase revenue by cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns online to generate leads
- Create content for our social media platforms to enhance the centre’s online presence and attract potential customers interested in construction training programs
- Book and conduct face-to-face appointments with potential customers to provide information and facilitate the sales process
- Generate referrals from existing students

**Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey and qualification process
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Contact existing students to give them updates on their qualifications and to collect any information or documents necessary

**General**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Facilitate collection of certificates and use the opportunity to build on the customer relationship
- Provide support and assistance to all team members in the office as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Reporting to the Operations Manager for weekly performance reviews

**About you**

- Genuinely enjoy speaking with customers
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Reliable and organised with attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with customers and use effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their requirements

**You must be flexible and hardworking, looking to expand your skills and be part of process building. The role could vary depending on the needs of the business so you must be proactive, willing to adapt and eager to learn new things**

**Schedule**:
The job involves working in the office 4 days a week; however availability is required on all other days to provide dedicated customer service, respond to inquiries, and facilitate sales as needed

**Salary**:
This position offers a basic salary plus competitive commission rates with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your performance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
