Wild Recruitment are working with a nationwide client, who have their head office in Fareham / Whiteley, to find engaging and driven people to join them in their customer service team and internal support teams as a Customer Service Advisor
The client is a leading employer in the UK offering a heap of benefits to their employees - including the chance to earn around £1000 per 3 months on a KPI based bonus.
You do not need to have previous experience, however you do need to have energy and a hunger to achieve
The role will include:
- Answering service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Managing daily requests and queries
