Fortrea is seeking an experienced Sr. Employee Relations Partner to join our growing HR team. The Sr. Employee Relations Partner will provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle employee-related issues effectively. They will address and resolve complex employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters, conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring that fair and unbiased processes are followed. This position will contribute to the implementation of employee relations policies, and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Involvement in organizing and conducting training sessions on employee relations topics and identifying trends and areas for improvement will be needed as well.

Essential Duties:

- Works with leaders on complex employee relations cases.
- Advises leaders on mitigating risks associated with internal policies and programs, laws, and regulations.
- Provides advice, counseling, and guidance to supervisors and managers to maintain and promote effective employee relations.
- Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on workplace concerns that require employee relations support.
- Advises on formal processes in accordance with Fortrea’s policies and appropriate regulatory guidelines. (i.e., attendance issues, failure to follow SOPs, quality issues, investigations, and performance matters) and local labor laws.
- Participates and may lead employee relations projects and activities.
- Develops and delivers training for leaders based on insights gained from case metrics.
- Leads and ensures employee relations investigations are properly conducted, detailed, and escalated, consistently, in adherence to company policies.
- Accountable for identifying Employee Relations trends within work group(s) and collaborating with leadership to recommend solutions to drive the employee experience.

**Experience**:

- Five (5) years+ of professional human resource experience including two years in employee relations preferred or its equivalent through training, education, and other experience.
- Experience around Global Employee Relations is a plus.

Education/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the role preferred.
