- Answer inbound and make outbound calls.
- Data entry.

- Booking appointments.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Administrator will have the following skills/knowledge:

- Strong communication skills & good telephone manner
- Previous receptionist experience
- Good organisational skills
