Administration Assistant to Managing Director

**This is a part time role up to 30 hours per week. **Based in our Kimbolton office. Proposed working hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm, however hours can be negotiated within the core working hours of Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm.
This is a non-advising role.
**Skills and Knowledge**
- High level of Customer Service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Professional business manner
- Proactive approach
- Note taking and touch typing
- Good standard of grammar and English
- Understanding of Financial Services is advantageous but not essential
- Experience using IO or equivalent system is advantageous but not essential
**Core Tasks**
- Assist in preparation for client meetings
- Note taking in client meetings
- Type up meeting notes and file accordingly
- Assist in completing action points
- Assist in client data cleansing
- Any other ad hoc duties
