I am seeking a collaborative Receptionist/Front of House Coordinator to join a well-established serviced office provider. If you have a 'no job too big, no job too small' mentality and are committed to providing a best in class service, then this is the role for you.
**Your new role**:
- Meeting, greeting and welcoming clients & visitors
- Being the first point of contact for inbound calls, and taking clear messages when needed
- Administrative duties, including data entry
- Handling mail franking services and deliveries
- Manage conference room bookings - ensuring conference rooms are clean and supplies are replenished
- Processing orders for catering & refreshments
- Procurement of good & services and liaising with building suppliers
- Assisting with 'on-boarding' of new clients to include telephony, IT and security access controls set up
- Assisting with timely preparation of Billing / Invoicing processes
- Assisting with the administration of site improvement projects
- Undertaking daily checks in the building to ensure all facilities are clean, tidy, functioning correctly and where required, replenish stock such as tea/coffee etc.
- Ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule is actioned/kept up to date
- Logging maintenance issues and reporting them to the relevant personnel and/or contractor
- Providing support to the management team
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a customer facing role
- Highly efficient customer service skills
- Flexible and reliable
- Effective team player
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- IT literate
