**About Our Client**:
A well known business who specialise in providing business solutions.
- Provides front end support to the clients customer base
- Liaisng with key clients daily.
- Investigates and resolves customer queries, related to customer orders and products.
- Provide advice on the availability of products, whether users are allowed specific items and any physical limits in place
- Manages internal stakeholders to facilitate the day-to-day delivery of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.
- Works with internal stakeholders as part of the wider team to drive positive company sales results and increase customer retention

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a confident personality, sound communication skills, a good understanding of systems and a team player. You will be given you own customer base to manage as the Customer Services representative for key accounts.

This role has a good grounding to develop into our Account Management teams or other areas of the Group.
- A Customer focused and driven individual to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to develop and build relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
- Strong and effective organising, planning and process skills.
- A good degree of computer literacy, with a comprehensive working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
