**Location**: Herald Park, Herald Drive, Eurosales, Crewe, CW1 6EG

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00 (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

**Salary**: £24,000 + Commission

**Job Purpose**:
The role of **Channel Support Executive **is really important to us. The Radius Telematics Operations department are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in the field of Telematics. As a Channel Support Executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Support the full end to end process of setting up new Channel partner accounts on all Radius systems and platforms.
- Build rapport with Channel partner and support them with queries.
- Action all incoming tickets within SLA
- Take all incoming calls and log tickets for any queries that cannot be completed within the call.
- Providing the data and ensure it is aligned for billing for Finance department.
- Help resolve any dispatch queries for telematics or cameras.
- Support with monthly onsite meetings to review and improve processes.
- Document any lessons learnt.

- A flexible approach to handling customer requirements and business needs with an ability to operate at pace.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst showing keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative when problem solving.
